General

Mr. Gayowsky is a two time graduate of the University of Toronto in Electrical Engineering. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in 1988 and Master’s degree specializing in Communications in 1991.

Prior to joining RTG Systems, Mr. Gayowsky worked for a number of technology driven companies providing electrical hardware, software and systems design. In 2000, he served as Chair for the Mobile section of the IEEE. More recently, he was a Principal Staff Engineer for Continental Automotive Systems (previously Motorola, Automotive and Industrial Electronics Group).

Mr. Gayowsky joined RTG Systems in 2008 to help support and expand its operations throughout Ontario. He brings with him a depth of experience in Communications and Systems Design. He is involved in design and project management.

In 2009, he received his Professional Engineer status from the Professional Engineers of Ontario, and has been performing duties, on behalf of the company, in a full engineering capacity since.

Mr. Gayowsky uses both AutoCad and Microstation on a daily basis and is completely functional in all standard office software. He has completed numerous signalized intersection designs throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
