General

Mr. Gayowsky graduated from both undergraduate and post-graduate Mechanical Engineering programs at the University of Waterloo, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in 1989 and Master’s degree, specializing in Thermo-fluids in 1991. He completed a Masters of Business Administration from York University’s Schulich School of Business in 2004, specializing in Strategic Management and Organizational Behaviour.

Prior to joining RTG Systems, Mr. Gayowsky worked for a number of engineering and technology driven companies involved in energy management, mechatronics, systems design and aerospace. He received his P.Eng. in 1993 and has held a series of positions of increasing responsibilities from project engineering through to program management.

Mr. Gayowsky joined RTG Systems in 2010 to support the growth and organization of the company. He brings with him a depth of Project and Program Management experience coupled with grounded in hands-on design and implementation. He is involved in design and manages the daily activity of the Engineering Design group at RTG.

Mr. Gayowsky uses both AutoCad and Microstation on a daily basis and is completely functional in all standard office and industry standard photometric analysis software. In addition to the above, he has completed numerous municipal and private street lighting system designs throughout the Greater Toronto Area as well as the supporting photometric analysis in accordance with RP-8 recommended design practices. He is actively involved in signalized intersection designs throughout the GTA.
